12m Long-Travel Design for Large Workpiece Welding

Compared with fixed robotic systems, this design is better suited for continuous welding of beams, columns, and large structural components, effectively reducing workpiece flipping, repeated positioning, and manual intervention, thereby improving overall efficiency and welding consistency.

Reverse Modeling for Standardized H-Beam Stiffener Welding

The system supports reverse modeling functionality, primarily applied to standardized and repetitive H-beam stiffener welding applications. In such scenarios, it helps simplify preparation work and improve welding efficiency, making it a practical auxiliary automation solution for standardized production lines.
This function focuses on efficiency and convenience rather than covering all complex structures, and is best suited for clear and regular welding applications.

CAD Model Import for Complex Structures — Stable and Repeatable

For complex structures, diverse weld types, or applications with high welding quality requirements, the system supports generating welding paths through 3D CAD model import. This method does not rely on traditional teach-pendant point-by-point programming and is considered a mature teaching-free welding solution, offering higher stability and consistency for complex applications.
In real production environments, this approach better supports process standardization, repeatability, and long-term stable operation, making it ideal for engineering structures and high-requirement projects.

No Teach Pendant Programming for Easier Automation Adoption

The system does not rely on traditional teach-pendant programming. Welding paths are planned and managed centrally through the control platform. This significantly reduces dependence on highly experienced robot programmers and makes welding automation easier to implement and maintain in real production environments.
